Refund Policy

tunr.sh is operated by CAGAN YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Payments for the tunr Pro subscription are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles billing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your tunr Pro subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan when the billing period ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for:
- Extended service outages caused by our infrastructure.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Inability to use the service due to a documented bug on our end.

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Free Plan
The tunr Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any financial transactions. No refunds apply to the Free plan.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
